The bracelet is very nice and as advertised. The best thing about buying from this seller was that I made a mistake on the required length of the bracelet (too short) and so I contacted them. They sent me a new longer bracelet and only charged me for shipping. They did not require I send back the original bracelet. Great customer service!

The cuff is lovely! Very sparkly! Well shaped. It may be flexible enough for minor adjusting, but the metal is sturdy, so it may need to be warmed for adjusting properly. It is too long for my adult daughter’s petite ears, but we have chosen to leave it as it is for now since it is still beautiful as it is!
